Regarding previous announcements by Vela Software and TietoEvry, ConiferSoft is pleased to announce that it has completed the transitional phase of the carve-out of certain forestry assets.
After successfully leading the business unit through the divestment process from its previous owners and acquisition by Vela Software to become a standalone business unit, the current CEO of ConiferSoft, Magnus Hell, has decided to seek opportunities outside of ConiferSoft. Ryan Witt will take the position as acting CEO effective immediately. The process of recruiting a new Nordic based CEO for ConiferSoft is ongoing.
